Taking the Leap: Going from a Pilot Class of 30 to District of 12,000 in Six Months (Lecture, 45 min)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

With a group of teachers at each grade level acting as change agents, our school district adopted, immersed and bought into an entirely new way in which to measure learning. We'll show you how one school district went from an archaic grade book and no teacher web presence to an entire learning management system within both a 1:1 and BYOD environment. This is an interactive, discussion based session on how to create an environment that perpetuates growth, innovation and efficiency while taking the jump in a field that resists change.

Session Objectives:
Attendees will come away from 1) a step by step guide on how our district went from pilot to district implementation 2) our recommendations on how to scale a pilot program 3) what we've learned works early on vs. later in the implementation
