Attendees will learn how to create a culture to help teachers teach in a blended environment by improving internal teacher capacity, identifying common methods and practices to design digital learning, and how to collaboratively build a repository of aligned content while maximizing multi-district resources.

Session Objectives:
Attendees will 1) Begin to develop a framework which empowers educators to find, adapt, create and share digital learning resources to support student-centered learning environments. 2.) Discuss how to create efficiencies with open and flexible resources. 3.) Strategize ways to make your current culture more collaborative. 4.) Identify partnerships to help develop high quality, educator designed, customizable blended learning courses.
