"This ain't your grandparent's school!"

As Baby-Boomers are retiring, their desire to continue their learning has grown along with the Greatest Generation (those in their 80s and 90s). Hebrew College's Me'ah (Hebrew for 100) program is for people who wish to continue their learning. For over 8 years, the program has serviced hundreds of adult learners in the greater Boston Area. This year, we piloted an online version of the program using Schoology to take the program nationally and globally. Many discoveries were made, including how many of Schoology's features enabled us to meet the needs of the learners. This session will talk about the process of how to pilot an online program to the atypical market segment and what learnings can be applied to piloting online programs - from conception, design, and launch. Do you have a pilot that can involve using Schoology? Come join, share, and collaborate in the discussion and learning!

Session Objectives:
1) Learn the process of launching a pilot program to a unique market segment
2) Identify what steps are necessary in the design
3) Share ideas and find opportunities to collaborate with peers from within your institution and others
4) Identify what tools in Schoology are helpful to use with the unique market segment.
