Encore Presentation: Thinking Outside of the Box when Supporting Your Schoology Users (Lecture, 45 min)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Schoology is often labeled as a quick-to-learn, easy-to-use tool for instructors and students. But, sometimes your staff may not see it that way, especially if they are new to Schoology or using technology in the classroom. Supporting your staff goes beyond just fixing technical issues. It involves ongoing product education focused on engaging students in Schoology courses. Spend time with some of our Schoology team members to explore different avenues of communication and support that go beyond the traditional email or support ticket. Learn ways to empower and celebrate your early adopters to provide additional support to your whole organization.

Session Objectives:
1) Discuss the benefits of using Groups to support teams of staff members.
2) Create a Schoology Resource App for collecting information.
3) Develop a plan for not only supporting your staff, but continually expanding their knowledge of Schoology.
