How do you support large-scale change across your organization? Hear how one K-12 school district (enrollment 50,000) created a shared vision, conducted a stakeholder analysis to guide a personalized approach to professional development and supported change management so that all users would “Drink the School-Aid”.

Session Objectives:

Attendees will come away from this session with specific strategies and ideas supporting large scale implementations.

This will include:
Shared Vision: Tips for establishing a vision for implementation that supports long-range, measurable outcomes.
Building Capacity: Strategies for building capacity throughout the implementation team and division.
Professional Development: Tips and strategies on how to use Schoology to deliver engaging professional development from day 1 of implementation. Shared experiences across 5000 teachers and instructional support leaders.
Change Management: Ideas for embedding change management principles throughout the implementation timeline .
